Once the Red Experienced Technical, Supervisor, or Manager CSCS Card is in your possession you are allowed access to many suitable roles. These roles, of course, will be dependent on your level of experience. Construction Site Operative (CSO) card removed July 2014: This card is now called Green CSCS Labourer Card.
