Directions to the Newport CSCS Test Centre

Car

Do you intend to visit Newport Test Centre by car? The Centre is past the Newport Bridge coming from the direction of the train station. The Centre is in a multistorey building on the sixth floor.

Parking

The Centre doesn’t have parking facilities linked directly to the Newport Test Centre. Parking Eye Limited offers parking facilities in a car park one minute away (Clarence Place) at £2 for one hour.

Bus

Many bus lines stop around Clarence Place include 8A, 9, 8C, 20C, 20A, 26C, 26A, 28, and 27. The closest bus stop is along Clarence Place. It’s a one-minute walk away.

Train

Newport Station along High Street is the closest train station, 0.4 miles eight minutes away from the Newport CSCS Test Centre Directions.

Other Infomation

Newport Station Centre opens on weekdays except on weekends from 8 am to 4 pm. The Centre is accessible to the disabled via the ramp going to the building. The building has a lift internally to aid inaccessibility.

How long does the test last?

You will have 45 mintues to answer 50 multiple choice questions.

What will I need to get to pass?

The CSCS operative test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS specialist test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS managers and professionals pass mark is 46/50
