Directions to the Chelmsford CSCS Test Centre

Car

Suppose you wish to visit the test centre using a car, the centre is near the Chelmsford city centre. From the city centre use New London Road to cross the river. The CSCS centre is number 51 on the left side. The centre is in Grosvenor House, and the job centre is opposite.

Parking

Nearby parking is on parkway five minutes’ walk from the centre costing £2.50 for two hours. The Meadows parking along Baddow Road costs £2.80 for two hours and it’s a six minutes walk to the centre.

Train

There is a Chelmsford station along Duke street 0.5 miles to the centre of a nine-minute walk.

How long does the test last?

You will have 45 mintues to answer 50 multiple choice questions.

What will I need to get to pass?

The CSCS operative test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS specialist test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS managers and professionals pass mark is 46/50
