Directions to the Southampton CSCS Test Centre

Car

Do you intend to travel to Southampton Test Centre using a car? The centre is North of the Southampton Central Train Station, 2-6 Shirley Road in Anglo City house along Four Post Hill.

Parking

Southampton doesn’t have a parking facility. Portland Terrace is the closest parking facility three minutes’ walk (0.2 miles) away at £5.00. Civic Centre Forecourt parking provided by Southampton City Council costs £3.00 for two hours, a six-minute walk (0.5 miles) away from the testing centre.

Bus

Bus lines available around Ogle Road include 2, 6, 4, 8, 7, and 11. Shirley Road is one minute away. Southampton Coach Station is 13 minutes’ walk (0.6miles) away.

Train

Southampton Central station is the nearest train station along Blechynden Terrace, around ten minutes’ walk (0,5 miles) away.

How long does the test last?

You will have 45 mintues to answer 50 multiple choice questions.

What will I need to get to pass?

The CSCS operative test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS specialist test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS managers and professionals pass mark is 46/50
