The quickest and most reliable method of replacing a lost, stolen or damaged CSCS card is through our online application service.
If you already have an existing account, simply log into your account and complete your replacement application. If you do not yet have an account, then please visit the CSCS website and register for one before starting your replacement application.
The other option is to get a replacement card by phoning the contact centre on 0344 994 4777.
You will need to pay for your replacement and this will cost you £36. After you have filled out all the forms and paid the fee, your new CSCS card should arrive to you in 3 to 10 days.
