Do you have plans to travel to Northampton Test Centre using a car? When at the train station, continue to Black Lion Hill and take to Horse Market on the left. St Katherine’s Street first right turn will lead to the centre opposite Sol Central.
The test centre has no parking. Doddridge Street is the nearby covered parking a three-minute walk (0.2miles) away, which costs £1.20 for two hours. Park Inn along Silver Street is a four-minute walk (0.3miles) away, charging £.50 for two hours.
Bus lines around St. Katherine Street include 5, 8, 12, 7, 9, 19, 20 and violet. Marefair and Sol Centre are nearby bus stops three minutes’ walk away. Northampton Bus Interchange is a two-minute walk (0.1miles) away.
Northampton station is the nearest to the CSCS Centre, a fourteen-minute walk (0.7miles) away.
The CSCS Centre opens on weekdays except on weekends from 8 am to 4 pm. The CSCS Centre provides full access for the disabled. Wheelchairs use the ramp for entry and exit. Elevators are on the right side, and non-candidates are not allowed.
